Business Development Manager
Trent brings a strong blend of coaching, player development, and business growth experience to Final 3rd Soccer. His background in youth development and high-performance soccer environments has helped shape a strong understanding of what athletes need to improve, gain exposure, and take meaningful steps toward the next level.
Trent began with Final 3rd Soccer in Halifax, where he served as lead coach for Final 3rd’s sessions while also supporting the business in an administrative role. That experience accelerated his growth as a coach and strengthened his ability to connect with players, lead engaging sessions, and create an environment that challenges athletes to improve.
Now as Business Development Manager, Trent plays a key role in expanding Final 3rd’s reach and impact while helping build the Performance Pathway program. Working closely with athletes and families, he helps guide players through the recruiting process and supports them in positioning themselves for university opportunities.
As a coach, Trent brings energy, creativity, and high standards to every session. He is passionate about helping players grow in an environment that is demanding, positive, and enjoyable.
