Soccer Policies
At F3RD Soccer, we are committed to delivering a professional training environment built on respect, preparation, and accountability. The following policies ensure clarity for all athletes and families.
Cancellation Policy
Early Life and Playing CareerPrivate Training & Small Group Sessions:
- Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled session are eligible for a full credit toward a future session.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable.
- No-shows will be charged in full.
All credits must be used within 90 days unless otherwise approved.
Clinics & Seasonal Programs:
- Cancellations made 7 days or more before the program start date are eligible for a credit (minus any applicable processing fees).
- Cancellations within 7 days of the program start date are non-refundable.
- Once a clinic or seasonal program has begun, missed sessions are not refundable or transferable.
Weather & Facility Closures
If a session is cancelled due to weather, field conditions, or facility-related circumstances beyond our control, athletes will receive either:
- A make-up session, or
- A credit toward future training.
Final 3rd Soccer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions when necessary.
Rescheduling Policy
We understand that schedules can change. To maintain fairness and operational efficiency, the following applies
Private Training:
- Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice
- Rescheduled sessions are subject to coach and facility availability.
- Requests made within 24 hours of the session may not be accommodated.
Small Group & Team Training:
- Rescheduling is not guaranteed and depends on availability in comparable training blocks
Clinics & Seasonal Programs:
- Individual sessions within a clinic or seasonal program cannot be rescheduled
- Missed sessions may not be transferred to another athlete
We encourage families to notify us as early as possible to allow us to best accommodate changes.
Refund Policy
All approved refunds will be issued in the original form of payment unless otherwise agreed upon.
Processing fees charged by third-party booking or payment platforms may be non-refundable.
Final 3rd Soccer does not offer refunds for:
- Missed sessions
- Scheduling conflicts
- Athlete withdrawal once a program has begun
Exceptional circumstances may be reviewed at the discretion of management.
Privacy Policy
Final 3rd Soccer respects your privacy and is committed to protecting personal information in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy laws.
Information We Collect
We may collect:
- Athlete and parent/guardian names
- Email addresses and phone numbers
- Emergency contact information
- Payment information
- Medical disclosures relevant to training participation
- Performance or assessment data
How We Use Information
Personal information is used to:
- Process registrations and bookings
- Communicate scheduling updates
- Deliver training services
- Maintain athlete records
- Improve our programs and services
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
Third-Party Platforms
We may use secure third-party platforms for booking, payment processing, and communications. These providers maintain their own privacy and data security standards.
Data Security
We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to safeguard personal information. However, no electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
Media & Promotional Use
Photos and videos may be captured during training sessions for promotional and marketing purposes (including website and social media). By registering for programs, participants consent to this usage unless written notice is provided requesting exclusion.
