Early Life and Playing Career
Kiarash's passion for soccer began at a young age, eventually propelling him into the professional ranks. He honed his skills in Belgium, playing with Woluve Zaventem in the Belgian third division, and later with the Kitsap Pumas in the PDL Pro league in Kitsap, Washington. His collegiate career saw him split time between the York Lions and Graceland University, where he developed a strong understanding of the game that would serve him well in his future coaching endeavors.

Transition to Coaching
After wrapping up his playing career, Kiarash transitioned seamlessly into coaching. He took on the role of assistant coach at TMU Bold from 2014 to 2021, where he gained valuable experience in shaping young athletes. His commitment and expertise helped the team flourish during his tenure.
In 2021, Kiarash joined the Ontario Tech Ridgebacks as an assistant coach. His impact was immediate; under his guidance, the team clinched the OUA East Division title in 2022 with an impressive 11-1-0 record. The following season saw the Ridgebacks secure second place in the OUA East with an 8-1-3 record, culminating in a trip to the OUA semifinals. These achievements showcased Kiarash's ability to cultivate talent and create a winning culture within the team.

International Coaching Experience
Kiarash's coaching prowess extends beyond collegiate soccer. He served as an assistant coach and performance analyst for Canada's national U15 program and contributed as a performance analyst for the U20 squad. His international experience further expanded when he took on similar roles with Guyana's Senior Women's Team during the CONCACAF World Cup qualifiers in 2018 and 2020, where he played a pivotal role in preparing the team for high-stakes competition.

Professional Coaching Roles
Adding to his impressive resume, Kiarash also gained professional coaching experience as a performance analyst with Orlando City S.C. in Major League Soccer (MLS) and with Toronto FC Academy. His analytical skills and deep understanding of the game have positioned him as a valuable asset in various coaching environments.

Head Coach of Queen’s Men’s Soccer
In recognition of his achievements and contributions, Kiarash was appointed Head Coach of the Queen's Men's Soccer program. His vision for the program emphasizes the importance of a strong culture, ensuring that student-athletes not only excel on the field but also thrive as individuals. With his proven track record and dedication, Kiarash is poised to lead the Queen Gaels to new heights.
